Next Event - Enville Stages Rally 20th June 2010
We are: Philip (Driver) & George Jennings (Co-driver)We compete on sealed surface events chiefly in the North West of England.
Our car pictured above is a Talbot Sunbeam. This car started life as a standard 1600cc S model but has now been developed with a Skip Brown competition engine producing 123 BHP. The suspension is uprated all round and is fitted with an LSD with a 4.4:1 CWP is used to get the power down through a SCCR Quaife Competition Gearbox. Stopping Power comes from Capri 2.8 drilled, grooved & vented discs
The car is run on a small budget with no sponsorship at present. All the preparation work is done by ourselves with lots of help from friends & family.
We started competing in 2000. Since then we have done numerous events including The North West Stages rally 6 times in a row, Three Sisters cart track, Ty Croes race circuit on Anglesey, Aintree race circuit plus various airfield & army camp venues dotted around the North West of England. The current car started competing in September 2006 and has done several events up to the present day
Update 26-05-2010 - Steady she Goes
Not much time for an update recently but we have completed the SMC stages & the Adgespeed Stages Rallies during March to May and had good results with 4th in class on both events. The car needs some fettling now before our possible outing on our clubs event, the Enville Stages in June.
On the BMW front, the car is taking shape slowly after the severe winter prevented a lot of work due to it being outside. We have noe prepped the car ready for the OMP rollcage to be fitted. It's early days yet but we hope to have the car competitive before the end of the year.

Update 29-01-2009 - WARRINGTON MOTOR CLUB CHAMPIONS 2008
After a really exiting year Phil & George Jennings steered the Talbot Sunbeam to the overall championship title for both drivers & co-drivers. After winning the 1600cc class awards previously we have gone one better with some good consistent results which included 4th in class on the 2008 Promenade stages at New Brighton & 4th in class on the Roskirk Stages at Three Sisters
